Blessing of the Animals is a long standing tradition in many church communities. In a community like ours where people live both in city areas and on farmland, many of us have close connections with animals of all kinds. These could be the cat that curls up at our feet on a rainy day, or the wild owl that lives in our favorite tree. We take time to honor them all today and all are welcome to join us in worship!
